My Mac does not appear on the local networkCheck network, Screen Sharing, and Local Network access
Make sure your iPhone and Mac are on the same local network. On your Mac, open “System Settings → General → Sharing” and enable Screen Sharing. On your iPhone, allow Aurora Remote to access the Local Network. You can also enter the Mac's IP address or .local hostname manually.
Connection or authentication failsVerify the address, port, account, and connection mode
The default port is usually 5900. Standard mode uses the VNC password configured for Screen Sharing. Apple High Performance mode uses your macOS account short name and login password. Do not enter a web address in the host field, and never expose TCP port 5900 directly to the public internet.
No video or audio in High Performance modeCheck system versions, network ports, and fallback behavior
Confirm that your network allows TCP 5900 and UDP 5900/5901, then try turning off “Share existing Mac session.” If the issue continues, switch to Standard mode to verify the basic connection and include your iOS and macOS versions and any error messages in your email. The high-performance path is experimental, and macOS updates may affect compatibility.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?Restore access with the Apple ID used for purchase
Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase, then select “Restore Purchases” on the Pro purchase screen. Apple handles payment details and purchase history. If the App Store cannot return product information, please try again later.
